1. What made you want to compete?
To have a measurement of all the work I’ve put into my body. These competitions are goals that help me improve myself and my life.
2. What do you do to stay inspired?
Inspiration is the hardest part for me, I consistently lose focus and have to find my goals and realign myself. Kevin Topka is a huge inspiration to me, and the time I spent training with him is what got me up on stage.
3. What shows have you already been in or plan to be in in the future?
I have competed in the wbff boston championships 2012, and wbff new england fitness weekend 2012. UntilI I achieve my pro card I’m looking forward to meeting other fitness competitors at future WBFF Shows.
4. Who got you started?
My mom began hardcore lifting and I began to feel real power and confidence from her, so I saw a chance to feel better about myself and connect with my family better.
5. Who do you look to for help now?
My family is always on my mind and just the thought of them keeps me going towards my goals. without them I would not be here.
6. Where do you usually workout?
Total Fitness Zone Keene, New Hampshire.
7. Do you use any suppliments? If so, what ones (brands, names, etc)
Modern BCAA’s by usp labs, Pump HD bpi, Fish Oil Nature Valley, 100% gold standard whey optimum nutrition, GNC general vitamins.
8. What are your most noticeable results?
My core has always been a weak point of my presentation but a fuller diet and targeted training has brought noticeable results to the region from my last competitions. However my biggest strength is my leg’s sheer size. It is always a worry of mine that they outperform my upper physique.
9. Has fitness changed your life? If so, how?
I’ve spent much of my life self conscious about myself, by training and competing I can find peace with myself and daily stress of my life. Taking care of my body has also allowed me to better understand myself focus on my goals.
10. What personal fitness goals have you set for yourself?
For me it is truly about being ok with my body and who I am.
11. Describe your diet.
Consistency is a big part of my diet so I try my best to keep the things I eat the same everyday, this makes it easier for me to know exactly what my body is using for fuel.
12. What does your workout schedule look like?
My workouts demand different things depending on how close to competition i am but the majority of days consist of 6:45 cardio and weight training at 12:00 with short post workout cardio cool down.
13. What do you do for a living?
Game Advisor at gamestop and helping with the family business.
14. What are your personal non-fitness goals?
Be better disciplined in all aspects of my life, as well as better understanding and coping with my asperger’s syndrome (high functioning autism). I also have dreams of creating my own comic series.
15. Have you participated in any other sports?
I have anxiety around team competitive sports however i enjoy sports where i can focus on myself and reflect such as snowboarding.

I would like to thank my family whom my life revolves around, without them my life is incomplete. I would like to thank Kevin Topka for his support,training, understanding, and constant inspiration. I would also like to thank fitness trainer Nathan Wright for his assistance with my training.
17. Do you have any hobbies?
I consider my self a hardcore gamer and enjoy playing and collecting old games and systems. I Try to practice my artistic skills everyday and exercise my imagination through designing my comic. I also enjoy reading comics and books like the Hitchhiker’s Guide to The Galaxy.
18. What are challenges that you face that may keep you from reaching your fitness goals?
My asperger’s syndrome and resulting symptoms such as depression and anxiety.
19. What obstacles have you overcome to be where you are?
My mind has always been my biggest obstacle, my brain is constantly filled with ideas and stress from the day. I can lose focus during training by thinking about non relevant things and losing myself in thought.
20. Is there anything else you would like to add that you think we’ve missed?
I am the oldest of six kids and much of my time is spent with my younger siblings. It is not uncommon for my two year old brother to sit on the handle bars of my fitness bike while I’m cycling or sit on my chest while I do sit ups.
