Please print and fill out the following forms to bring with you to registration. Please note that these forms are mandatory.
If you are participating in more than one class please bring a bio for each class you’ve entered.
If you are entering the Transformation division you will ALSO need to print and fill out the following form. In addition you will need to upload two before photos on a flash drive and bring it to registration on the day before the show.

IF YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED YOUR HAIR, MAKEUP AND TANNING, PLEASE DO!!
IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL ATHLETES USE THE WBFF BEAUTY SERVICES!
The WBFF exclusively has a professional Beauty Services Team set for all USA and International events.
Please make sure you get your beauty service bookings in early especially if there is a specific time you would like for your tan, hair and make-up as the “GOOD” times always fill up fast.
